Great place to live. The staff and all personnel are friendly and get the job done. We like being close to the beach and downtown yet far enough away to escape the busy-ness. Our apartment has all of the amenities we need and is plenty roomy for a one bedroom.

I have rented here 10 yrs. It is always being upgraded. I appreciate it being clean, secure and quiet here. It is one of Santa Cruz's good places to live.
I live here and I work here. It is a community of very diverse folks that are all very decent to one another. We try to keep the pool, grounds and the apartments up to date, clean and well managed. Camilla keeps the staff on their toes! Nice place to call home...
