As an 18 year resident it is with pleasure that I commend the exemplary Manager, her office staff, and the maintenance crew. All pay close attention to reported needs and problems are graciously and quickly solved. In particular, I laud removing and making sure that an underground pump worked well since a very large rainstorm was due; this timely attention prevented my patio becoming a lake.
