Poor maintence, rude staff Several weeks ago a large section of a tree in front of one the apartments fell, nearly hitting a building adjacent to mine in the complex. Rather than removing the tree entirely, they simply had the fallen section chopped up and removed. As expected, the rest of the tree fell in the weeks following, landing this time on an apartment and damaging the roof, porch fence, and car overhang. Nearly a month has passed and no repairs have been made.
Most awful place to live!!! Call the Vacaville chamber and find out how many complaints they have against them! They retaliate against all their tenants and their rent is outrageous!! Nothing works, the tanning bed has never worked, the jacuzzi is broken, the rec room is still being remodeled after 8 months. The buildings leak and caused tons of damage to our furniture and collectables. Do not rent here!
