Gouging the tenant for more $ than deserved I have lived at Hidden Creek for 2+ years, and recently moved from a 1 BR to a 2 BR. In doing so, I was told that my 600+ sq foot 1 br was going to require 13, yes I said 13 gallons of paint. I cleaned everything they required before moving and they still kept my $1500 deposit and want another $444! I do not recomend moving here! I was a temporary employee for about 5 months and i was mortified by the way the manager treated the staff and the tenants! I have worked in customer service for many years and i was always taught that the customers (tenants) are always to be treated with respect and it was not the case there. I was so happy to get another job and leave that place where i felt so inferior, and i am a genuinly nice person and would never treat people the way the manager did. I definitely would not move there!!

Rude and just don't care The staff is extremely rude (not until you have actually signed a lease, of course...) and if you call for maintenance it takes them about 3 days to come solve the problem. The appliances are OLD and unless you luck out and get one of the few brand new units you are stuck with horrible appliances. DO NOT make the same mistake I did and move here. This place is horrible
Oh the noise Where do we start? Loud, loud, loud, everything is loud. Loud cars, loud mouths, loud plumbing! I can hear waaay too much. You can hear washers and dryers, kitchen noise (this is the worst). You can hear people horking up hairballs in the adjoining bathrooms. What were they thinking when they designed this place? I am not bothering a soul, but these double units should have all been placed on the Marshall Road side. Not enough storage if you have more than one season worth of clothing. Unacceptable I lived at Hidden Creek for 3 years -- and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone. Move in condition was deplorable -- and upon move-out, I was charged more than twice the amount for painting, etc., and was charged for items that were clearly annotated as unacceptable when I moved in (and were supposed to have been repaired -- they were not). Poor maintence, rude staff Several weeks ago a large section of a tree in front of one the apartments fell, nearly hitting a building adjacent to mine in the complex. Rather than removing the tree entirely, they simply had the fallen section chopped up and removed. As expected, the rest of the tree fell in the weeks following, landing this time on an apartment and damaging the roof, porch fence, and car overhang.
