Do not rent from here they get you in there they are all nice but after you are in there they change their attitude they do not fix anything I live there for 5 years water dripped constantly under the sink they could not fix it air conditioning never worked they never come in and fix anything or after you live there for a while they don't clean your carpets they don't fix anything and help you but you will always pay more money my car got broken into and so did my apt I reported it they did not care they would not put camera... read more
My partner and I stayed at this apartment for around one year while we finished our undergrad at UTC. It was a great price, had good amenities, huge complex where walking your dog was easy compared to other apartments. Maintenance and the upkeep of the grounds were great for the most part...and all of the front office workers were lovely. We loved our apartment for the most part and we do miss it, however we were one of the rooms who were hit with cockroaches. Maintenance was excellent Weston always is he seems to be able to fix the impossible and Is always respectful 5 star is a under statement Cause you can’t even rate him best to do it
The maintenance always get any issues resolved fast, haven’t had any major problems thus far. Olivia & Jordan are great & very responsive to emails!
