Nice apartments at a reasonable price. The staff has been great so far and the move in process went very smoothly. The reason for my negative review is we have been dealing with a ridiculous amount of bugs in our apartment since we moved in just a few months ago including two wasps (two separate occasions). Maintenance has come out to spray and had a professional come out as well, but has yet to fix this issue that has been incredibly annoying and disruptive. I lived at Hidden Cove a few years ago. It was a great experience. I appreciate it even more now after some other living experiences. They had rules and policies to make it feel very organized but when we reached out for anything there was always a personal touch and they always tried to help. Beverly was also a delight to deal with and always seemed genuinely concerned. I miss the lovely home!
We've lived in this condo for several years, and it's been a great experience. The space is comfortable, and the location is ideal. Bev’s ongoing support has been amazing, always responsive and helpful. When our HVAC broke, Dan even showed up at 11 PM to fix it—truly going above and beyond. We’ve been very happy here.
Wonderful community with friendly, responsive management. I highly recommend.
