It pains me to give this review. My family has been coming to Hidalgos since it opened in Edmond. We have noticed a deterioration of food quality for a while now. Tonight I ordered the Chili Relleno and it was mediocre at best. I guess the pepper is no longer stuffed because I recieved a plate with a pepper skin topped with ground beef and chili. Great experience here tonight! Mila made sure everything was just perfect in addition to the new white queso they’re currently testing! Hopefully it stays on the menu and hopefully Mila stays too! Her customer service is top notch!

Everything is Awsome, try Asada tacos the Best. Mila the manager was great!!! Alsothe servers , good atmosphere, will be back soon
Really good food, excellent service, and very clean we had a very friendly waiteress Cecy and manager Mila will definitely be coming back
Was so excited we have been here a few times and it’s been good. The weather was great and we wanted to sit outside to be away from everyone. Well everyone working was wearing masks except our server. I understand they are uncomfortable but it made me uncomfortable to eat. When I did get my food my cheese enchiladas the cheese was burned black so they just got picked apart. We probably won’t be returning after this so disappointed.
Armando was amazing and we had such a great experience! He is the best :)
