Rude and unprofessional, and both the admin and the technician had attitudes. Make excuses for slipshod work and will argue your head off. Not worth dealing with people like these. Go find another cleaner. Seems like they have plenty of business and don’t need to treat the customer or their concerns with any respect. Asked me last minute to switch day of service. I obliged. Wow! I can’t say enough positive things about HiCleaners. We’ve used them for Window Washing. Tim and Nelson were extremely respectful, professional, efficient. They removed their shoes while working inside, which I didn’t ask them to do, but was much appreciated. They cleaned the interior and exterior of our 20 windows, 4 full view doors, two sets of sliders, and 2 skylights all in two hours time! Our windows are sparkling clean! Oh!
