I’ve gone to Dr Hicks with an eye injury that was very painful & he was extremly helpful, he stopped the pain immediately and prescribed a medicine that healed it right up! Jana Bennett
They are so unprofessional. They will see you at the door which is locked. The staff will wait until you get in your car to leave because they don want to be bothered. You call and then answer the phone. This is a public business why is the door locked.
The dr. is nice enough. I guess hes average. Unfortunately his entire support staff is 100% clueless and they simply do not care about you as a patient or customer. I went and got an eye exam done there and ordered a pair of glasses back in October of 2020. Two weeks went by and I had not heard anything so I called them and they said it was on back order it would be another two weeks. I enjoyed using this doctor. However, you can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone and when they do they tell you they will call you back and never do. I guess we will have to take our business elsewhere.
