Repoed the vehicle after ONE month late, lied and wouldn’t cover parts needed after AC WENT OUT only a week after driving and also was in an active bankruptcy that the judge placed a stay on all property i was affiliated with. Meaning legally he wasn’t allowed to touch the vehicle. Definitely will be bringing this to courts attention seeing as how Mr Hicks took my money, screwed me over, and then BLOCKED ME from messaging him after he messaged me first.
