Service was just okay ... food is average ... burger how can you go wrong unless it's well done
Food was great. Their wait staff is horrible. Could not get my drink. No silverware. Had to send margarita back because the younger generation wants to put orange juice in them. A margarita does not hav orange juice in it.

Have been several times, each time hoping that the last was just an "off" night, but that sadly is not the case. The service is terrible- there is no sense of urgency shown from any of the floor-staff and management appears to be just fine with it.
My friend and I both got food poisoning from their burgers. My guess is bad cheese. Then again, the place was seriously dirty.

Went there at 4:20 yesterday. People come in after us were seated first then we were told we would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to be seated because only had one server. Waited 30 minutes for seat. We ordered our food and had to ask the waiter where it was after about 25 minutes. He said kitchen staff was short of help. Two people got their food and the other two had to wait about ten more minutes. Did not see a manager. I will never go back there.

At 2:30 on afternoon and a wednesday not many people at all and it was sooo slow. Food not great and after waiting 45 minutes to eat the food wasn't even hot.
