last year i rented the building on dec 14th for a Christmas auction. we have a business of doing these auctions all over southern/central illinois and were looking for new teritory.I was well satified with the facilities however i was concerned about the location and how easy or hard it would be to find this place in the dark for a nite time sale. for a first time sale it worked out ok and the facilites however kind of small for an auction did work out well i now under stand it has new owners and i am looking to book these a... read more

I love having such a great family friendly environment to go with my husband and 3 boys. Hickory Shores has the most hospitable staff that it actually feels like a home away from home. There's so much to do,weither it be camping,fishing, swimming, bike riding, all in a little gated community. The whole family loves it here!!! Thank you guys for being so awesome!!
