When did the Tuna Salad on Wheat berry toast turn into a tuna melt? Not very good
Had a really great lunch. Food was great and the restaurant was fantastic.
Went to a really nice, nicest. restaurant in a long while, called Hickory Ridge on Rt 11 north of Chambersburg. It definitely worth the stop. I had a really nice BBQ plate with chicken, ribs and brisket. It was WOOOW. They have another restaurant on Rt 30 in St Thomas outside of Chambersburg Only 13.99, I didn't think was too bad. I gave them a 5 out 5 rating. They were very customer oriented. Very friendly, very clean.
I made a reservation for Easter earlier in the week and called Easter morning to add a couple of people needless to say I got moved to very last on seating. Well that also meant we got the scrap meats for our roast beef dinners that looked so good on plates served to earlier customers. They should have told us they didn't have enough instead of passing that as a meal. I normally love going to hickory ridge but after that not sure if I will go back. Although the food was excellent and the server was wonderful yesterday at lunch, the wait was horrible and we had called to reserve table on way to restaurant!

If I could recommend a good service and GREAT homemade food.. Hickory Ridge is your place. The staff is always friendly and I try something new everytime I go and I’m never disappointed!
