Food was awesome, very friendly staff, 1st time here and will return soon.
Drove from Hagerstown to have lunch there and couldn't get service. When leaving the cashier saw us walking out and we informed her we didnt receive service and she replied " Oh Really " and turned her back and walked away. We won't be returning and will let our friends know about the lack of service

My favorite local restaurant, I hold my shop's monthly staff meetings there either for breakfast or dinner.
Great food and service. I highly recommend Hickory Ridge.
Get the smoked gobbler. Then venture out to other dishes if you can make past all that goodness. I want one right now. Oh man. How late r they open.
1st visit there and will not be the last. Very friendly staff. Food was excellent. Biscuits and apple butter was fantastic. Zach was our server and did an excellent job.

I'm glad the chicken pot pie was good but that doesn't make up for all the rest of your problems. We will get it fixed. Again, I'm very sorry it happened.
