I have lived here almost three months. Any problem I have had has been taken care of quickly. So the rent is high. It's high everywhere. We are 20 minutes from downtown. If you want lower rent you have to move about an hour or further away from Nashville. I do a lot of work at the airport which is 15 minutes away. Krogers is 3 minutes. So is Walmart. i have nothing bad to say about this community. it's all about the company you keep!! I've lived here over 2 years and like any other organization things change constantly. It's always Rocky in the beginning when getting situated in your new home, but patience and consistency is necessary. The cost of living is ridiculous and they wouldn't work with me on the renewal rate so my time here has expired. BUT I love it here and my neighbors were amazing until the new residents moved in.

This is the worst complex ever! It took almost 6 months to get rid of the knats that were there when i moved in, i can not drink or cook with the water out of the faucet, and the best part is it is filled with mold. I thrown away clothes, shoes, and designer purses that have become covered in mold. Maintenance came to wipe down the mold and a few weeks later the mold is back. I am getting sick and the management told me they would be happy to charge me 2 months rent to get out of my contract. I hate this place!
