There is no Security living in these apartments my work machines were stolen in front of the office and there is never security they are totally some apartments that you can no longer trust to live here

the apartment itself is nice. spacious, updated, reasonable & in a nice location. Bridge Property Management is the only issue I’ve EVER encountered with Hickory Highlands. Alan, Sarah & Ashley, specifically. commonly said, you’re only as strong as your weakest link... Each are all ill mannered and rude. I don’t know who’s worse. as a unit, they make countless errors with no remorse for the consequences. for instance, authorizing illegally towing cars, false/inaccurate fines, & misplaced packages. I am currently in an apt that has no electricity after almost three days. None of the numbers provided for security or maintenance work. Call center repeatedly gives out the same numbers after being told multiple times it does not work. It is hot and due to COVID-19 unsafe. Cannot go to someone’s home to stay due to the virus and shelter in place. Due to the virus you are staying out of office but where is the concern for your renters.
I love living here. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, it's close to shopping and restaurants. However, the maintenance crew leaves MUCH to be desired. It can take days to weeks to months for them to get something done. And that's if they fix it right the first time.
Just love it people are friendly 5 stars hands down
