My fiancé and I spent two years living in this apartment complex, settling for a handicap-accessible unit due to limited availability. I loved my apartment. I did have roaches when I first moved in and spent over 100.00 on foggers and it other bug sprays the leasing manager at the time made sure I was reimbursed and then they quickly fixed it and I never saw another bug again. My complaints are they don’t honor the word. I had a friend of mine move to this neighborhood however I never received my referral bonus and as you probably see posted flyers all through this neighborhood. While visiting Hickory Falls July 19, 2024. The first thing I see at front gate is TRASH. That’s just unacceptable to have tenants live in these conditions. Management needs to do better. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen trash spilling over in the streets and that brings rodents ‼️ This need to be addressed.
