They try their hardest to get over on tenants. Charging me $350 for just paint and it wasn’t even much. They were supposed to schedule an move out inspection with me but never did because they wanted to charge me for paint
I really was grateful for the opportunity to move into the apartment but once arrival it has been and ongoing situation since the beginning. This is the 2nd unit I have moved into since moving and I just moved in August and it’s now December! This is ridiculous. The neighbors play ongoing music even after the time of noise ordinance. My only problem is the office staff. I don’t find them professional at all. They say they want to help but they pick and choose who they want to help and that’s not okay. I’ll be reaching out to their regional manager about the issue I have with them. But other than that it’s a nice place
Why is it June 16th and the pool is closed on the first sunny day we have had in 3 weeks? This is genuinely ridiculous and unfair to the residents who pay for these amenities. It’s 90 degrees outside, take the padlock off the pool!!!!!! Not to mention the bugs that are running around my apartment that are also ignored by maintenance….
I absolutely love living at Hickory Falls !!! My apartment is spacious and layout is perfect 🤩 The ladies in the office are so kind and eager to help, I have not had any maintenance issues, but the guys are always friendly when I do see them. You could not have a better staff 🤗
