My only problem is the office staff. I don’t find them professional at all. They say they want to help but they pick and choose who they want to help and that’s not okay. I’ll be reaching out to their regional manager about the issue I have with them. But other than that it’s a nice place
Why is it June 16th and the pool is closed on the first sunny day we have had in 3 weeks? This is genuinely ridiculous and unfair to the residents who pay for these amenities. It’s 90 degrees outside, take the padlock off the pool!!!!!! Not to mention the bugs that are running around my apartment that are also ignored by maintenance….
I absolutely love living at Hickory Falls !!! My apartment is spacious and layout is perfect 🤩 The ladies in the office are so kind and eager to help, I have not had any maintenance issues, but the guys are always friendly when I do see them. You could not have a better staff 🤗
I love this place because it has so many amenities that makes it easier for us. Living here really does feels like home, the staff are really friendly and professional, Heather Mejia is always ready to help with anything that’s needed!
OMG I just love staying here!! I’ve been here for almost a year and LISA is great she works well with me whenever I have any issues . Plus the pool just opened and me and my family love going out and we can even grill outdoors. My son loves the track and going to the gym. Can’t wait to re sign my lease
