Great people! Heather in the front is someone I’ve grown to love, she’s super sweet and always makes you feel right at home! Dr. Spencer is a man of great knowledge and most importantly very gentle. I have prior bad experiences with dentist so it’s a big deal for me to even walk into their doors, but I’m always assured I’ll be taken care of. They offer a comfort menu which is fantastic! You won’t be disappointed in their care or professionalism. ❤️
Hickory Dental Care is always very accommodating to my busy schedule. Everyone is very professional and takes the extra step to make sure my dental needs are met with the utmost service, even if I need follow up or adjustment visits.

Dr Spencer and the whole staff are professional and friendly. they make you feel comfortable especially if you've had a bad dental experience or scared of dental work. Dr Spencer explains everything before he does the procedures and makes sure it doesn't hurt! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
