Had an AMAZING experience yesterday at Hickory Dental! Hubby & I went through the New Patient "intake" process and both of us were very pleased with the thoroughness of the exam, Dental & medical history review, etc etc!! Hubby has some pretty extensive restoration work to get done and we were VERY pleased with the plan and costs moving forward. We are so excited to have our SMILES in the hands of Dr. Dale Spencer and his staff and feel like we are NOW a part of the family @ Hickory Dental Care !!
Dr. Wentworth was great! He took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explain what he was going to do. If there were any moments of discomfort he stopped immediately and further numbed the area. I have such fear when it comes to dental work but have totally been able to resolve that with Hickory Dental.
Today was my 1st time to Hickory Dental Care. I want to give a huge THANKS to all the wonderful staff who were involved.They were so understanding and caring... showed how to make a nervous one feel at home. Explaining and showing their work so I could be at ease meant a great deal. Thanks again!
Love my Dentist! Not many people can say that! Excellent staff! Long term care program for complete wellness is awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Spencer and Hickory Dental Care.
