Went to a wedding that they catered last night. Best smoked pork I ever had. Didn’t need the sauce at all. The chicken was amazing, too. Highly recommendable.
Well the one thing I love in life is food. Food is what Dale does. The food that comes from hickory BBQ is out standing. If you are catering or just simply want to have a good time. I would highly recommend going to your phone and giving Hickory BBQ a car right now. They will help you with any of your smoked meat needs!
Hickory BBQ has catered about 6 events for my family with the most recent being my wedding reception last weekend. The food and service has been outstanding each & every time. Michelle and her crew did a graduation party in Farmington Hills. They were all super duper super nice. There food is to die for. I tried there Mac Cheese, Cole Slaw, pulled pork, Pulled Chicken and also The Cherry Bbq sauce. Thank you.
I'm addicted to Daley's Detroit Style Steak Rub. It wakes up any cut of meat. And it's superb in mashed potatoes and homemade chip dip. It goes well with just about anything, it's just that good! Thank you, Dale.

Dale and Michelle have catered a few events for me and everybody raved about the food that they BBQ'd. They have always showed up early and made sure that everything went off without a worry. I would strongly recommend that you use them for all of your events. I know that they are really busy so you have to book them quite a ways in advance.
Dale and Michelle and their hard-working staff. Have catered many formal events for me personally. And have always done an exceptional job. They were there for us when my father-in-law died. Not only were they there to provide an excellent meal, they were there to support us emotionally. You don't find many people in the world as loving and caring and as there. If they can they go out of your way to make you feel like family.
