The Thanksgiving family feast was absolutely amazing! The BEST turkey we have ever had, and all of the side dishes were delicious!😋 Everything we have ever had from Hickory BBQ is fantastic—food truck, take and bakes...never disappointed and always craving more!!

We had Hickory BBQ caterer our wedding and we got SOOOOO many compliments! Everyone loved the food and kept asking for seconds! Michelle was an absolute doll to work with! She was so nice and quick at responding! She really made everything so easy! We will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Have had these guys cater our parties and seen them all over the place! Office lunches, weddings, grad parties, you name it! The brisket, ribs, pulled pork and the chicken are AMAZING! The cheesy potatoes, mac n cheese, coleslaw, and green beans are my favorite sides! You can’t go wrong honestly. They’ll bring out the smoker and the whole pig to your event if you want them to! Dale and Michelle and their team are the best, and nicest! Always happy and smiling!
Everything, the variety they have can cover a multitude of options for gatherings small or large. They are always timely, courteous and the food is ALWAYS delicious! Great people with Great hearts AND of course food!
Amazing food!! We get Hickory BBQ catered for our staff meetings each month. Huge fan of the ribs and the hash brown casserole! Highly recommend!❤️
thank you so much for donating lunch to ER staff at St Joe's. The baked beans were spicy and awesome. The potatoes were cheesy and great. The pulled pork was "to die for" - I mean, hopefully not literally. but really good
