RecommendedUsed them for the wedding. Now not only was the food amazing and everyone raved about how that was one of their favorite parts, the staff made my wife super happy. This is why. My wife is a celiac. She cannot digest gluten and it is an auto immune disease. It was so hard to find food wedding food that is gluten free. So we talked to Hickory BBQ because we had their food at some other events. Hickory BBQ and Grill are outstanding! Michelle and her team did a very wonderful job at our reception, they were prompt, on time ( our venue was about 50 miles from their location) and the food was delicious and cooked wonderfully. we received many compliments on their professionalism. Michelle was also a dream to work with. highly recommended!!!
Hands down some of the best BBQ I have had. Michelle was such a joy to work with while planning our wedding. She was extremely quick to respond and very helpful with all the finer details for all things involving food. All of our guests raved about how good the food was, and our few vegan guests were over the moon with all the options they were provided. Thank you so much!

Everything from the food, BBQ sauce and dry seasonings are fabulous. Customer service is exceptional as well. We plan on using them to cater our daughters open house we were so happy. Highly recommended by us for sure.
Dale & Michelle are awesome! They are caring, professional and their food is mouthwatering. Their new grill master, John, is terrific too! I highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed!
