I will never do business here again. Owner threatened to sue over negative reviews of their company! I paid for half of my garage door and signed the bid to then have Hicklin change the price on me AFTER and then refuse to honor the signed bid price that they'd accepted payment on. We called them last night to request an appointment to replace the spring on our garage door. They were here shortly after 8 am, replaced the spring, fixed the bar that had been installed incorrectly, oiled the rollers, and didn't charge us extra. The garage door works better than it ever has before. We definitely will be calling them again!
The tension spring on our garage door snapped today. Hicklin was able to schedule same day service. Ken was friendly and efficient. The price was right, too. Great service!
