I had an issue with my new concrete being uneven from one side to the other, Hicklin doors was there for awhile doing a very thorough job of measuring making sure I was going to get the job done right for my new doors. I would highly recommend these folks for garage door installations anytime. Very professional.
Can’t say enough great things about this company! I emailed them in the morning about our garage door not working and they called back within a half hour, and a tech showed up only 2 hours later! He was so kind and tested different things and let us know we need our opener replaced. He was able to replace everything all within an hour at a very reasonable price as well. They showed up when they said they would, they had enough help to get the job done efficiently, in a friendly manner, and the price was reasonable and exactly what they quoted. That was about 2 months ago. One of the openers started to make a strange noise. Called Hicklin today and they sent a tech TODAY! 07/01/19 I used Hicklen two years ago and they did a fabulous job with two of my doors, so I called them again today to do an exterior garage, 16 foot wide door. Greg came out this time, and once again did a fabulous job with all of the seams. Greg took his Time to make sure I was satisfied with the job. We even gave it a water test at the end!! Lol.
