I am Owner and Broker of Hickerson Realty, after a successful career with two Large Firms in the Tulsa area I decide to open Hickerson Realty in January of 2013. We are a small Brokerage in size, but Big in Results. I love what I do and I am a very good NEGOTIATOR, skilled Realtor that does whatever it takes to get the Sale/Deal done. The experience we had with Dana & Raymond Hickerson was a nightmare of unethical and unstable "screaming fits" that purported to serve as management of the contract to manage the sale, and ultimately lease, on our home. Dana Hickerson literally worked to undermine the relationship with our tenants while we were paying her and Raymond to manage it. I have never dealt with anyone so unethical and unprofessional in my life. RUN, do not walk, away from using them as your agents!

Dana and Raymond were very professional, personable, and understanding as they walked me through the process of selling a home that had been in my family for 40 years. Dana helped me stage my home to show in it's best light, while Raymond checked out the building structure (including electrical) and property which is his specialty.
