Extremely professional & did an excellent job on our carpet.

Very quick and thorough. Cleaned so d stains and they are almost completely gone. Would have rated him higher but he was quite a bit later than we had scheduled but we stayed home to wait and are glad we did
Ken showed up on a Saturday afternoon, as scheduled, and thoroughly performed the work (cleaning 4 area rugs and one upholstered chair). He was pleasant and worked nonstop while he was at my home. He left written instructions for me in the event that I have any spills in between cleanings. In addition, the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use Hicken again for carpet and/or upholstery cleaning and I highly recommend them to other homes in the northern suburbs!
Ken responded very quickly, drove to our house and cleaned the rugs promptly, did a thorough job, was pleasant and courteous, and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend him!
Ken Hicken was very prompt and good to his word. Upon delivery, he even called to say he would be a few minutes late. The two area rugs were cleaned much to my satisfaction.
Even with the high praise and ratings here, it was a pleasant surprise to deal with Ken. He spent the necessary time and got great results.
Ken was good about calling me back right away. He left information regarding his rates and was very professional. I know I made the right choice. Everything looks great and his prices were reasonable. I would readily recommend him to others.
While considering the list of upholstery cleaners on HomeAdvisor, Ken left me a voice mail detailing his services including his fees and how he works. We set the appointment, he was running late, but called several times to assure me he was in fact coming and update what time he would be there. While there he worked diligently to remove stains I had thought I would have to live with forever. Will have him back and will recommend him to friends!
