They were very thorough, quick and professional. I bought a house that the previous ious owners let cats pee practically everywhere. They go the smell out of the carpets and they also cleaned my couches (they dud not smell like cat)
VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT QUALITY SERVICE
DID A VERY NICE JOB. DIDNT MOVE A LOT OF FURNITURE, CLEANED AROUND MUCH OF IT, BUT THE CARPET WAS PRETTY CLEAN TO BEGIN WITH. ALL IN ALL, NICE FOLKS, AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED WAS CLEANED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY STAIRCASES TOO.
The were very friendly and made it a point to explain everything that was being done including what to expect after the service was completed.

Ken did a wonderful job. My carpet is like new. We have a dog and a 3 year old so imagine the stains. Ken took the time to treat every Little spot and got amazing results. Defenetly will call him again. Thank you Ken!
Fabulous experience! We just moved into the area and didn't know of any cleanin companies so we went to HomeAdvisor and are so happy we did. I was so impressed with their responsiveness and quality. We would highly recommend the Hickens!
