Very Chic! This is just another of the famed Tristan Simon's restuarant concepts and quite frankly my favorite. The steak was delicious! The family style macaroni added about 6 lbs but was worth working it off the next day-even Dottie Griffith - chief foodie critic in Dallas liked it! The atmosphere is A list!
