Have had two experiences here since it opened at new location and with new management. The first was a catastrophe. We had no service in over 15 minutes and stood to leave at which point manager came and asked us to be patient, told her at that time we had a schedule to keep and were disappointed that we received absolutely no attention after being seated and she used the excuse of "shift change" for why we were not helped at all. I am gluten free so going to restaurants can be hard when trying to find appropriate foods to eat. The staff was very accommodating to my food allergies and made the Chicken Orleans over a bed of rice rather than noodles for me. It was awesome!! They are also working in finding other gluten free alternative! Great place and great people :)
The Pork Belly Po Boy was great and overall good experience - except for that our waitress would keep disappearing on us.
The Chicken Orleans is amazing! And I love the new spicy margarita! Clarissa was our waitress last time we went and she did a great job! Can't wait to come in again. Next time I will get a babysitter so I can try more adult beverages.
My husband and I have loved the gumbo and cornbread for ages. But today the gumbo was very disappointing. It did not even taste like theirs -- no crab claw, very plain and like store-bought.
I went there to eat last week and had the catfish platter that was on special that night it was great! I can't wait to go again and try the Chicken Orleans, I hear its tasty also. I would recommend this to anyone!
