The food was ok, but the floor was sticky and dirty. The tables where dirty also, and I could understand why because when they came out to write a table she used a cloth that was sitting around on the counter.
The staff is friendly. The food is great. Even got to buy some state troopers their meal last night. It was awesome

Third time I’ve gotten broccoli with my hibachi chicken when my receipt says NO Broccoli...paying attention to order tickets would be nice...

So I am going to focus on how the manager on duty handled the situation. I will not put her name on here because my goal isn't to personally blast her or even the establishment as a whole. I am just waiting to hear back from the general manager and I want others to see how they choose to handle this. We ordered to go from there today. We get it home and it was such a disappointment. I ordered hibachi steak medium and hibachi chicken. ALL of my steak had fat on it, they were also thin pieces of streak that seemed like it had been cooked in grease for hours. The rice comes from a box, it has to. There is no way this isn’t your garden variety rice that you can get at the store. It was all just bland. We will never be going here again.
