I placed an online order tonight only to get there and the place closed at 8 for a "deep" kitchen cleaning. If you are a business and you are going to close early you should post it on social media if you have a page so that the word gets out. I am very disappointed.

Ordered food online and in the option to select someone else to pick it up for me I put a friends name. He went to pick it up they told us there was no order under MY name or HIS and instead gave him and order for a random person named Andy (not either of our names or close to it) and charged him $20 after I payed $20 online for my order. When we called about it we were told there was no way for us to receive a refund and that we could come in to eat for free next time. I just got food from here, which we get at the other locations quite often, and I would not even serve it to a stray dog. The veggies were completely mush and the meat was 10x worse. The rice was hard and the liquid was puddling everywhere. Highly disappointed!
it was just alright. It didn't have the hibachi taste. steak was fatty and very poorly and inconsistently cut
Ordered food online, should have taken an hour (per there email). My husband got there an hour later, and they told him it would be an additional 25 minutes. He waited and inquired about order once the 25 minutes were up. They told him it would be another 30 minutes. They didn’t apologize, no offer to comp our meal, or anything. The staff don’t listen. They made the food wrong and took 30min to get the boy who was trying to put the food together was nice other then that they lack teamwork and motivation.
we ordered takeout on opening night. they were having issues with their online ordering so our order was not ready when we arrived. no big deal some glitches are to be expected on opening day. The staff was incredibly apologetic and friendly. they comped our meal without asking and threw in some extras. this kind of service is rare and they have definitely earned a repeat customer based on their service!
I love this place everytime i go the staff is very friendly and the food is delish!!! they always go above and beyond there!!
