Hi, before I ordered from you, I called and asked if it is a problem for my food to be cooked in oil, not butter as we are vegan! I was told it wasn't a problem. I specifically put, "no butter. use oil please" and just now, months later was told your fried rice is cooked in butter and beef stock!
filthy, very poor selection of 🍣 buffet messy, wait staff not customer friendly. second visit had hoped it had change, 2 years later worse Don't waste your time or money..
Come eat here if you want to order your food and see 5 people who ordered there food after you get there food before you and when you ask what’s going on your told o it takes time to cook the food sometimes and the food doesn’t come out in order when all they have to do is cook is the steak medium rare witch takes 30 mins and is still not done , at that point be honest say you forgot to place the order , don’t tell someone it takes 30 min to cook a steak

I love hibachi bistro #1 place to eat!!!.
I see that nothing has changed since the last bad review...I should have looked up the reviews before I ate here for the first time...yesterday I went finally and will never be back...the food was not that great at all...the veggies were way over cooked and soggy...the dining area looked liked it wasn’t cleaned in a long time...I must say that you should get up with Miyabi Jr in Jacksonville because I have gone there numerous times and not one single complaint...they know how Hibachi is done and they know how to keep their d... read more
