From the moment I entered the office I was greeted with warm smiles and excellence service. The front desk girls, Natalie and Amanda were welcoming and informative from start to finish. Dr. Natt and Tiffany were friendly, informative, and patient with any concerns or questions. The hygienist, Madge, was also informative, gentle, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Hi-tex Smiles to anyone who has a dentist phobia as I do or just looking for a great dental experience.
My almost eight yr old daughter, Raquel, used to go to a not-so-kid-friendly "pediatric" dentist until she met Anne Marie, the dental hygienist. She is the reason we switched! She is great with her. Anne Marie engages her and also educates her about everything she's going to do and what she wants Raquel to do. Raquel loves going to the dentist now! The dentist, Dr. Natt, is pretty good as well. :)
All staff friendly, courteous and professional
They are awesome! From the receptionist to the dentist, they are caring and explain what is needed.

I've been a patient at Hi-Tek for several years. The service is always professional and my hygienist, Renne, does excellent work. Dr. Nat always spends adequate time with me and I don't feel rushed. Also, the staff has always been flexible to my appointment needs and completes my insurance claim at the time of visit. Thank you.
Professional and caring staff makes my dental visits less stressful. Everyone takes the time to explain procedures, options and costs. Would not change!
