Excellent I refer anyone and anybody to make this your dental office. From the time you make an appointment on the phone and when you come in for the visit. Everything one was so friendly. Dr.Knatt is awesome very professional he explains everything to you. His staff is also excellent too.
Each and everytime I have an appointment I'm treated with respect and have a wonderful experience. It's more like I'm one of the family than just a patient. Keep up the good work Dr. Natt and gang!!!
The staff members were very friendly from the moment I walked in. Amanda went over all of my paper work and was thorough in her explanations. The dental technicians were warmly professional and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the x-rays, dental exams.and cleaning processes. Dr. Natt was personable and took the time necessary to explain what he was exploring throughout the dental exam and review of the x-rays. Ann Marie does an amazing job working with kids! Extra patient this time around with our 18 month old, who wasn't having any of it.
Purpose of this visit was for Teeth cleaning by Madge. As usual staff was friendly and businesslike. Dr. Natt always asked about our trips and makes us feel like family. Plus we always get a cost estimate in advance of any treatment or service.
Hi trek smiles is the best place for dental work. All the staff are great and friendly people. They make sure you know everything they are doing. They really take the scary part out of going to the dentist.
