Do not go here! I am new to the state,and I went to Hi Tech to get my new plates, tags and smog check. I spoke to Sean and he said it would be no problem. He told me that it would take a day or two to be done and the price seemed fair, so we proceeded. However when I came back in a couple days all he said was it wasn't his fault that it wasn't done because his office assistant was having problems.
