UPDATE (Still 5 stars): I dropped my R3 off at Hi-Tech’s service shop for a Yamaha recall fix on Wednesday. When I dropped it off, I made a very specific request concerning test driving (albeit, a strange request - and I did all I could to accommodate them, and ensure my request could be met easier). I went in to get a riding jacket, and found one I really liked. I went home to think about it and later came back to purchase it. There were two prices on it, and I had seen the lower one. They wouldn't give it to me for the lower price, even though it was their mistake. It was even on the sale rack. I have purchased a jacket and pants from them in the past, but never again will I go in there.
