Just don’t waste your time. Order your stuff online. It will be more accurate and timely than ordering or getting it here. If you need something by a certain time, don’t expect these guys to do it for you it even realize they messed up until you come to pick up the stuff you ordered. Thank goodness I was still able to get the guy who was gonna do my fork seals. Things are working out but that doesn’t make up for the 3 trips now all the way out there to pick up my stuff. The customer service is getting worse by the year. Walked today and waited for help for over 10 minutes. Couple employees doing nothing and didn’t offer help. One employee was busy with a customer and another from the back came up to answer the phone rather than work with us sitting at the counter. I’ve spent my last dollar there. Won’t return.

Sales department has no customer service. Inquired on a bike twice and received no follow up over a two week period. I went down the road and purchased a Husky. The only reason I'm not giving them a 1 is because there clothing and accessories gal was helpful in assisting me.

Having a few more miles on me than the pups that usually staff this type of business, I usually enter any Bike shop expecting to be pounced on by the Sales staff and Ignored by the parts department. I was wrong on both counts at Hi-Tech/Billings the person at the parts counter was helpful and took good care of me. I was only approached by one sales associate. When I said I wasn't looing at new bikes, the statement was respected. Good job Hi-Tech staff.

,I went fron a broken winch to a fixed on and dale was so nice that fixed it fast then first told men2 hours then the lady went in back and came out told me dale said 30 min thanks guys
