AAA dispatched them to jump start my dead battery and gave me a time Hi-Tech agreed to arrive. After over an hour past that time, I called them. The man who answered didn't apologize or even seem to care! No one had even attempted to come out! AAA had to call another company altogether. I will never give them ANY business!
My car was pounded by quarter-size hail recently and I was referred to Hi-Tech Collison per my insurance and I have to say, they did an amazing job!! Staff was very helpful and loaned me a car while my car was being worked on. When I picked up my 2014 Honda Civic, it looked brand new again and they even buffed out some previous scratches from other's slamming their car doors or fenders into mine. I have already referred a customer to Hi-Tech and I certainly will again!!
I have used Hi-Tech on numerous occasions and cannot tell you how much I appreciate their attention to detail. I am very particular and their work is always top notch. They guarantee their work and return your vehicle cleaned and ready to go. Hi-Tech always does the right thing and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.
When I hit that dog � I brought my car in and received a loaner car for the rest of the week free of charge ! I don't see that anywhere else ! Nice service and I had my car back at the end of the same week! Very much appreciated! Thanks Mark for taking such good care of me and my car �!
