Good car shop Good body shop for your car's regular check ups and oil changes. Eddie is pretty nice guy who won't try to scam you out of your money.
High tech At first Hi-Tech may not really appear to be high tech, but appearances can be deceiving. They do great work, I take my truck in for oil changes, tunes ups, and break inspections. I would recommend them if you don't want to overpay but still get your money's worth.
I would not take my car anywhere else!!! I just want to say that Hi-Tech greatest and I want everyone to know that. Everyone is friendly and helpful, Eddie and Koko go above and beyond what it takes to help their customers! I have been going to Hi-Tech for about three years and would not take my car anywhere else!!!
Thumbs-up! Hi-Tech was quick, did a great job, and were really helpful along the way. I took my mid-90s Isuzu in after being turned away from Samurai in Atwater ("too hard to find the parts"). I went in feeling skeptical early on Thursday and was back on the road by Friday morning. Eddie was great, he did the diagnostics and repairs. Amazing. Couple of weeks ago I locked myself out of my car while it was sitting with the engine running in the driveway. Fortunately for me, I live around the corner from Hi-Tech. I'd never been there before, so I timidly approached and asked if someone could help me. In a blink of an eye, two Hi-Tech guys were at my car and jimmying it open. THE BEST EVER, end of story. I've had good experience with these guys too. I had to get pretty serious work done, and, based on calling around, I literally saved $200 by going with Hi-Tech. I am also an idiot who knows nothing about cars, and they were still nice about it! UPDATE: Just went here again. My visit consisted of saving $80, a solution to an engine light problem that has plagued me for over a year, and a free head-light change. I will definitely go back for any other auto repair work I need done. My car broke down in south central. I called Hi-Tech a bit freaked out and Koko answered the phone and was super nice - I asked him if I could have my truck towed there and he said no problem. When I got there, he remembered me and cleared a space for my disabled truck right away. Highly recommended. I've been going here for almost 8 years and have always had a good experience. They're REALLY busy, but always seem to get the work done in a day (if the promised to) - still not sure how they do that. Coco is reasonable, always takes the time to explain what they've done or want to do, and easy to deal with. I've never thought High-tech was cheap, but I certainly don't think they're unreasonable. Highly recommended.
