Ive never seen harder worker than Van. she and her husband and the rest of the team are great.reasonable, clean and very professional. They are always " my place " for mani/pedi !!!
I always go in with a picture of what I would like and It always come out exactly how i wanted.. Hands down best place to go in holyoke.
I highly recommend Hi-Shine Nails. Van does a beautiful job every time I go. Even when she is super busy she makes it a point to make sure I feel like my time there is not wasted. I never feel rushed. She always has great recommendations when I cannot decide what to do with my nails. She does an excellent job with my eyebrows too! I always walk out feeling so refreshed. Her shop is very organized and clean.
3 weeks ago my friend and I went here to get a pedicure- as we have heard good things about them but as soon as we walked in we should of known to run out. It was a busy Saturday and everyone was packed inside like sardines- no dividers separating people getting pedicures right next to each other. When the people before us left- they did not wipe off the seats before we came to sit. The whole pedicure lasted 7 minutes total. A normal pedicure should last at least 30 minutes. … See more

I think I would still recommend this nail salon and I usually get great service but yesterday was not one of those times. I am so upset with the damaged he caused to my nails. I had stopped for months going anywhere to do the gel manicure to let my nails heal and I ended up going in September and had one of the best gel manicures ever. It was flawless and lasted 4 solid weeks. I decided to go back and get another yesterday and when they removed the gel polish they took litera… See more
