My shower upstairs is still stopping up
This building left us with nowhere to live, accused us of falsifying records and cost us thousands of dollars!!! My husband and I own a home in SF and we had to move to LA for his work. We were looking for two months for apartments and decided on Hi point Townhomes in 2025. We had talked to Brian for a little over a month on obtaining a unit that was going to become available soon. Brian, the property manager has been great. Starting from the application process all the way until move in. He goes the extra mile, even waking up early on move-in date to put cones in front of this complex for the truck. It was such a big help. Really happy with everything so far.
I've had a great experience living in this building, and I want to give a special shoutout to the property manager, Brian. Since moving in, he has been incredibly helpful and responsive. I’ve never had any issues with my unit, but just last week, my bathroom door came loose from its hinge. I submitted a maintenance request, and Brian immediately reached out to let me know that someone would be over to fix it. The issue was taken care of quickly and professionally.
