If you need help phone, computer, laptop, this is the place to go. The staff are polite, return phone calls in a timely manner and explain technical information in a way we can understand. Offering suggestions, for a good solution. Since this shop opened, I've popped in once in a while for help, also my daughter. I'm surprised I hadn't already left a positive review!!!
I needed data moved from a broken computer to a hard drive. Jr was friendly and patient, even with all my questions, and the transfer worked out. Pricing was fair, and I’d go back if I needed another repair!
