As an international student, one has a lot of worries and queries, Eleanor’s representatives, especially people like Deepanjali Shah and Xiamari who guide you through that uncertainty. Deepanjali carried me through the signing up process so smoothly and Xiamari is always very helpful if you have any problems on site. I think this what separates Eleanor from other places, the structured guidelines & help is amazing!
I lived at The Eleanor for two years and had a great experience overall. Maintenance was consistently great, and Xia on the management team was fantastic - organized, responsive, and always got things done. As an international student, I really appreciated the sense of community here: they run great events, are genuinely accommodating with different requests, and make an effort to bring residents together. I'd definitely recommend The Eleanor!
Great apartment, great location, and great management. As a new tenant , I really appreciated how smooth everything was. Xiamari made the leasing process stress-free and was always available whenever I needed assistance. Highly recommend!
I enjoyed the neighborhood and clean apartments. Ricky was extremely friendly and helpful for my first move-in. The leasing staff is also great; Alana is very knowledgeable and a great resource for tenants! Edit: Maintenance staff was also very prompt addressed any concerns the next day.
Hi, As an international student, I can confidently say that living at Eleanor has been a great experience. I arrived in the U.S. two years ago without a place to stay and happened to come across Eleanor. I have lived here for the past 2 years without any major issues.
