I lived here for 7 months and recently moved out, but they still haven’t returned my security deposit. I tried reaching out to the manager several times, but my messages were mostly ignored. I've now had to contact the Fair Housing Commission to get this resolved.
I have lived here for 2 years and am moving to a better apartment. Unfortunately, my experience with the management, particularly with Ricky, has been quite disappointing. His efficiency is remarkably low—emails often went unanswered for 5 days, or were simply ignored. I reported this issue to the supervisor, but it didn’t lead to any significant improvement. NO ONE REPLY YOUR CALLS. I want to rent r room for 24/25, I called 5 times at different times on different dates, but no one listened to the phone number they put on the website! never reply! Also tried Ins but do one reply.
I lived here for two years and had a very positive experience. It’s a great apartment for grad students. It is very convenient to travel to penn and Drexel, it’s close to MFL to get to center city, and there are grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops near by. Management and maintenance are very accessible and friendly. The property manager Ricky was always quick to help out with any issues and knew residents by name.
