Xiamari has done an absolutly wonderful job making sure the students feel safe and heard, as an international student I would definitely recommend anyone to consider HH Eleanor at Walnut for both the service and the stay, had an amazing time here!
I've just moved a couple days ago, but I've gotten a lot of help from Deepanjali, and she was super helpful especially since I wanted to move in ASAP, so the process was rushed but she handled it all really well and helped me!
As an international student, one has a lot of worries and queries, Eleanor’s representatives, especially people like Deepanjali Shah, guide you through that uncertainty. Deepanjali carried me through the signing up process so smoothly and precisely! I think this what separates Eleanor from other places, the structured guidelines & help is amazing!
Great place, great price, great location. It's in a quiet part of West Philly near the 46th station and the bus line, making transportation super easy. The staff is super kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are attended to very quickly. I had to rent furniture and the price of the rental furniture and the rent was very affordable! The walls are a bit thin, so you can here your neighbors talk sometimes. However, everything is really great that the noise isn't much of an issue. They do a great job pairing roommates as well!... read more
