Xiamari made move in seamless and has helped me with all my questions throughout the process. The complex is super responsive and accommodating.
This apartment is amazing! For the price you get everything you need. Xiamari, has been so helpful with my questions and is always available. There isn’t an elevator but hey that just means every day is leg day. Thank you Xiamari and Alana for everything.

Edit (Aug 2025): After living here for three years, I ultimately decided it was time to move out because the management of the building no longer felt like a good fit. Great place to live! As a student, what put it over the top for me was the relatively quick commute to Penn's campus (10-minute walk), the ability to have your own bathroom, and the peaceful neighborhood. Staff was also very helpful/responsive in the few times I've needed maintenance or anything else. I hadn't visited before moving in, so I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and would recommend it to anyone, especially students new to the Philadelphia area who need a solid place to live.
