I’ve had a great experience living at HH Eleanor at Walnut! Building is amazing, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location (close to Supremo/IFS/Penn Buildings). All the amenities are amazing and I haven’t faced any problem at all (Maintenance is really quick too). The management team is amazing, always available in our leasing office (same address) - especially ricky, who is always so kind, helpful, and responsive. Straight up, HH Eleanor at Walnut is an amazing place to live. I’ve lived here for 3 years while working full-time and going to grad school, and it’s been a great experience. My roommates have all been cool, the neighborhood is really safe (comparable to other spots in Philly), and maintenance is always quick and responsive. If I didn’t haver to move closer to my new job, I’d definitely stay longer. It’s been 3 months since I moved into The Eleanor at Walnut, Honestly this place is really nice and well maintained. They have an amazing management team especially Ricky Rodriguez and Alana Warren! They are very quick when it comes to responding and fixing my issues and queries and overall it has been a great experience living over here!
I lived here for 7 months and recently moved out, but they still haven’t returned my security deposit. I tried reaching out to the manager several times, but my messages were mostly ignored. I've now had to contact the Fair Housing Commission to get this resolved.
