Great place to live! As a student, what put it over the top for me was the relatively quick commute to Penn's campus (10-minute walk), the ability to have your own bathroom, and the peaceful neighborhood. Staff was also very helpful/responsive in the few times I've needed maintenance or anything else. I hadn't visited before moving in, so I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and would recommend it to anyone, especially students new to the Philadelphia area who need a solid place to live.
I’ve had a great experience living at HH Eleanor at Walnut! Building is amazing, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location (close to Supremo/IFS/Penn Buildings). All the amenities are amazing and I haven’t faced any problem at all (Maintenance is really quick too). The management team is amazing, always available in our leasing office (same address) - especially ricky, who is always so kind, helpful, and responsive. Straight up, HH Eleanor at Walnut is an amazing place to live. I’ve lived here for 3 years while working full-time and going to grad school, and it’s been a great experience. My roommates have all been cool, the neighborhood is really safe (comparable to other spots in Philly), and maintenance is always quick and responsive. If I didn’t haver to move closer to my new job, I’d definitely stay longer.
