Great place, great price, great location. It's in a quiet part of West Philly near the 46th station and the bus line, making transportation super easy. The staff is super kind and helpful. Maintenance requests are attended to very quickly. I had to rent furniture and the price of the rental furniture and the rent was very affordable! The walls are a bit thin, so you can here your neighbors talk sometimes. However, everything is really great that the noise isn't much of an issue. Xiamari made move in seamless and has helped me with all my questions throughout the process. The complex is super responsive and accommodating.
This apartment is amazing! For the price you get everything you need. Xiamari, has been so helpful with my questions and is always available. There isn’t an elevator but hey that just means every day is leg day. Thank you Xiamari and Alana for everything.
