We left a message with the answering service Saturday around noon. We did NOT request emergency service. At 6:00 a.m. Monday morning, Phil Hobbs called to ask if he could arrive at 7:15 a.m.. He was prompt! He replaced the burned out capacitor in our air conditioner and verified the Freon level. Within 15 minutes we had paid him his fair rate and he left. What a professional! This has been the most pleasant service call we have ever experienced. No wonder you get stellar reviews on Angie's List!
Called at 7 am on a Monday, they were at my house within 20 minutes of the call the same day. Fixed my AC and I was able to get to work on time.
I came home today after they came to do some work and they had been smoking in the room they were working in. The room that in a few weeks will be our new bedroom and the room our new baby will be sleeping in. Terrible customer service. Left trash behind and didn't clean anything up after they were finished.
