We purchased a 1990's era home in Mira Vista with the intention of gutting it. After interviewing multiple contractors, we decided to go with HGC. They did an amazing job! The whole team was great to work with and we even came in under budget! Would definitely use them again.
Working with HGC was an absolute dream. Karl Hahnfeld is a masterful architect who turned our dreams into reality, and more. He designed a home that was even better than we could have pictured! We moved from another state to the Fort Worth area and fell in love with an older area in Fort Worth. HGC development had the right contacts to find the current owner of the property and helped facilitate the purchase of the exact location we wanted. They guided us through demolition of the older structure on the property and permitting for that removal. We completed a home addition and remodeling project with Karl Hahnfeld and HGC Development in 2011. Ten years later and everything looks as great as it did when Karl and his amazing team finished. The minor issues that have come up over the years were easily remedied or fixed by Karl at no cost to us, even though they were out of warranty. How many builders can you say that about? We have built numerous homes in our lifetime. We built our home with HGC and moved in in 2015. The whole experience was wonderful. Everyone was extremely communicative throughout the experience. They listened to our ideas as well as their own. Their follow up to any issue we’ve had has been excellent. The knowledge from their design team helped us build our final home exactly to our desires! Better than any other we’ve experienced. They’re a great group of people.
