During my interaction with this customer, he and another individual entered my private residence without my permission while I was away briefly. When I discovered them inside, I felt startled and unsafe. This review reflects my personal experience. No signs posted on it anywhere saying that building was the office. We had an excellent experience building a home in Fort Worth with HGC Development. Karl Hahnfeld designed a beautiful floorplan, making sure at every point that we had input so that we would move into exactly the home we wanted. Karl and Austin oversaw the building project, and we felt that concerns were acknowledged and addressed quickly and with grace. We purchased a 1990's era home in Mira Vista with the intention of gutting it. After interviewing multiple contractors, we decided to go with HGC. They did an amazing job! The whole team was great to work with and we even came in under budget! Would definitely use them again.
Working with HGC was an absolute dream. Karl Hahnfeld is a masterful architect who turned our dreams into reality, and more. He designed a home that was even better than we could have pictured! We moved from another state to the Fort Worth area and fell in love with an older area in Fort Worth. HGC development had the right contacts to find the current owner of the property and helped facilitate the purchase of the exact location we wanted. They guided us through demolition of the older structure on the property and permitting for that removal.
