H & G Plumbing charged me $3500 but did not do the work. They were supposed to put a septic tail replacement and install a septic clean out. The clean out was installed wrong, causing the septic system to back up into my house. They worked approximately 3 hours and did not help my situation of septic back up at all. One of the few plumbing company's certified to design and install Eljen alternative septic systems. These guys took on a big project and I couldn't be more pleased with their work and their willingness to answer all of my questions and really explain the process to me.
I had tree roots growing through my sewer pipe. These guys got out here in a timely manner, quickly diagnosed the problem, then walked me through the repair, and got the job done quickly without tearing up the whole yard
I had water leaking in between my bathroom and bedroom walls. I called and they were at my house within an hour and they fixed it right the first time.
Friendly and fast. I was having issues with my septic and they came out and had the problem diagnosed and the lines jetted in no time.
These guys are complete rip offs! They are unlicensed and have "helpers" working! I called them to unclog my drain and they stood outside smoking and laughing most of the time. When they decided to come in to do the job they weren't knowledgeable about anything. One of the guys said I "may" have a "toy" or something clogging the toilet so he pulled the toilets and found nothing! they did a good job when I had a pipe burst in my house last month. I liked their prices too.
After discovering a strange odor in my yard I googled and found H & G. They did my septic system repair and they did a wonderful job, They were very responsive and did the job for exactly what was quoted and also completed it on time. Hopefully I'll never need them again for this, but if I do I won't hesitate to use them. They rock!
This company do not stand behind their work at all. They told me I needed to replace the sewer pipe between my house and the main city sewer. After they replace the pipe, the problem still contunied. The pipe they installed was not installed correctly it sattled after 6 months. Josh Waldrop the so call plumber/installer is incompant, his work is substandard, he distroy my driveway when he installed the pipe. If you want quality work with honest people do not use this company.
