Awesome service. App was easy to download and use. Had a small issue with the parking photo at the end of the ride so was overcharged but contacted them and they cleared it right up. Will use them again as it was easy inexpensive and convenient. Oh and best part, it was fun. Thank you for the great service
The scooters are Great! The employees are friendly. The customer service is top notch💯
Very convenient, fun and affordable way to get around the city. My only complaint is that the app is slow and buggy. I have to close and reopen it a few times just to end the ride and transaction, which is a bit annoying. If they put a bit more work into the app this would be a 5 star review. I particularly like that the phone holders charge my phone wirelessly as I scoot around!
