Worst experience ever.. app sucks and is as slow as cold molasses.. the scooter was messed up and dangerous it would bang and swerve at every simple crack in the sidewalk. It looked like its been thru hell. Made me load money to the wallet which it wouldn't let me use so I used my card so I ended up paying twice. The phone holder was broke and smashed my phone. Couldn't get in contact with anyone for hours and when I asked them to send the wallet money back that I loaded and wasn't able to use they said they issues me a refu... read more
I added funds to my wallet on the app, but the service has since been reduced to the point where it’s no longer usable. Despite this, they are refusing to issue a refund.
Bad app experience and bad customer service. Don’t recommend
