Every scooter is either malfunctioning and tries to get you to pay for it during your ride you paid for or are mechanically not working. They still charge you for the activation fee + time it takes to cancel the ride for malfunctioning scooters. Completely unreliable and not worth the hassle.
Once I got stranded and had to walk home because it stopped driving - and still charged me $60 Twice now it just stopped driving while charging me money. Livid.
Worst experience ever.. app sucks and is as slow as cold molasses.. the scooter was messed up and dangerous it would bang and swerve at every simple crack in the sidewalk. It looked like its been thru hell. Made me load money to the wallet which it wouldn't let me use so I used my card so I ended up paying twice. The phone holder was broke and smashed my phone. Couldn't get in contact with anyone for hours and when I asked them to send the wallet money back that I loaded and wasn't able to use they said they issues me a refu... read more
