I give the Physical Therapists 4 Stars. However, they are overpriced - $130 for 15min. of Neuromuscular Reeducation, when 6 min. of the 15 was on bicycle and 3 min. stretching. I tried to fight the bill, but it was all about what the therapist noted. So even though 9 min. was not Neuromuscular Reeducation, 6 min. was, so the whole 15 min. was $130-.
absolutely HORRIBLE. go to a REAL place that actually logs NOTES when a patient calls to state that they need to cancel for what ever reason. they just don't give a dam.. THREE STRIKES your out rule.. Even when you have a family emergency like a DEATH. they do not care.
They are awful i have been going here my whole life and recently i can never get an appointment with my primary doctor no one calls me back and they leave you on hold for hours so displeased with this place
