5 Star : My Experience The young man at the desk when I went to pick up my truck probably needs a little more training. I had to wait a few minutes while he finished what appeared to be a personal phone call. When I was handed my keys I expected him to walk out and show me the results of the repair. Instead, I had to ask where my truck was parked and he pointed to a direction in the parking lot and said that it was somewhere over there.
