I rented a house from this realtors office Back in May 2021 gave notice to move out May 31st of this year. Owner of the property has refused to return security deposit for worn down rugs in property and realtors office will not provide ownership information to presume a suit against the owner Mind you I NEVER was late paying rent or water bill as required by this office.. The owner did not keep the security deposit for 'worn down rugs' as Sam Serrano says in his review. That would have been normal wear and tear. Our letter said it was because 'the carpet was filthy and had chemical stains'. We never said it was because they were worn. Our letter also said the bathroom floor and laminate floor were damaged. The owner said the damage exceeded the $1700 security deposit..
